What HabiTrak is

HabiTrak is supported housing management software for the UK, built for the five people involved in every tenancy: the registered provider, the managing agent, the resident, the support worker and the maintenance engineer. Each gets an app shaped to their work — providers see portfolio-wide oversight of every agent, certificate and open ticket; agents track properties, tenants and compliance; residents report issues and see their support plan; support workers manage caseloads, visits and risk assessments; maintenance teams receive jobs with photos and access details.

Underneath, everyone works from the same shared record — no re-keyed addresses, no orphaned WhatsApp threads — and every action is timestamped and attributed. With local authorities expected to begin licensing supported housing from mid-2027 under the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023, that audit trail becomes the evidence pack, produced as a by-product of daily work.
